ONLINE BIDDERS, You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is due. All cards will be charged immediately following the auction. All bidders will be responsible for removing their purchases. This will not be provided by the auction company. We do not provide assistance, boxes, dollies, tools, forklifts, etc. If your items are not removed within the allotted time they will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
All Sales are Final.
All items are sold one time to the highest bidder. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft. There is no warranty whatsoever on any item. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bonnette Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Bonnette Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason.
Bonnette Auction Company, LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonnette Auction Company, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
Bonnette Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Buyer agrees that they will not chargeback for any reason.
Full settlement is due on sale day. Credit card or wire transfer made to Bonnette Auctions will be accepted. Credit card payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee for MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Wire transfer charge of $25 will be added to cover bank fees.
While descriptions are believed to be accurate the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Bonnette Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising descrepancies or inaccuracies.
Everything is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" except as expressly made in writing.
All sales are final.
No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose.
Sales tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer premium when applicable. Dealers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate to Bonnette Auctions at time of payment.
When entering any of the auction sites you do this at your own risk. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of shipping of items purchased. Bonnette Auctions is not responsible for any injuries to property that occurs at the auction site. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available.
