- Buyer's Premium: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price of each item.
- Sales Tax: An additional 9.95% sales tax applies to all purchases, unless a valid tax exemption is provided before the auction concludes.
- Transfer Fee: There is a $40 transfer fee applied to the first firearm purchased in this auction, then a $20 fee for each following in this auction.
- Handling Fee: For items requiring shipping, a $20 handling fee per item will be charged.
- Shipping Requirements: If your purchase requires shipping, you must provide a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) of the dealer to whom the items will be shipped.
- Tax Exemption: Should you be eligible for tax exemption, the necessary documentation must be submitted prior to the auction's end.
- All Sales Are Final: Please be advised that all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges permitted.
