Up for auction is the restaurant equipment and fixtures from CC's Pizza, a local pizzeria that recently closed its doors. This is a unique opportunity to purchase commercial-grade equipment at auction prices!

In addition to major equipment, smallwares essential for a pizza restaurant are available as well. Stock up on dishes, racks, pizza pans, dough rollers, and other incidentals required for food storage, prep, and service. 15% buyers premium on all items for all bidders. Bidders will be charged an additional 3% convenience fee for all credit / debit card. 

You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is due. All invoices with a balance of $5,000 or less will be charged immediately following the end of the auction. All invoices with a balance of more than $5,000 will have the opportunity to make payments by credit card or wire transfer. All balances must be paid no later than Monday March 18th, 2024 12pm CST. 

All bidders will be responsible for removing their purchases. This will not be provided by the auction company. 

If you would like your purchases shipped and/or prepared for shipment, it is your responsibility to do so and complete them within the removal timeline.

The buyer is responsible for all disconnects and removals. Title to and risk of loss concerning the auctioned item passes to you upon receipt by you or your assigns at the seller's premises. You are responsible for removing, loading, shipping, and insuring the auctioned item and all costs (including any optional third-party fees associated with loading) and risks associated with removing, loading, shipping, and insuring the auctioned item. Items not removed by the conclusion of the stated removal timeline will be considered abandoned and resold or disposed of. You hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against Bonnette Auction Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releases"), on account of injury, illness, disability or death arising out of or attributable to the auctioned item, including removal of the auctioned item, whether arising out of the negligence of Bonnette Auction Company or any Releases or otherwise. 

All Bids & Sales are Final.

All items are sold one time to the highest bidder. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft. There is no warranty whatsoever on any item. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction. 

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bonnette Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

Bonnette Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason.

Bonnette Auction Company, LLC is providing internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonnette Auction Company, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.

Bonnette Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Buyer agrees that they will not chargeback for any reason.

Wire transfer charge of $25 will be added to cover bank fees.

While descriptions are believed to be accurate the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Bonnette Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising descrepancies or inaccuracies.

Everything is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" except as expressly made in writing.

All sales are final.

If you have a current resale tax exemption, this must be provided to our office PRIOR to the end of the auction.
