It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Ascent shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bonnette Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bonnette Auction Company, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Bonnette Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer agrees that they will not chargeback for any reason. Full settlement is due on sale day. Credit card or wire transfer made to Bonnette Auctions will be accepted. Credit card payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee for MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Wire transfer charge of $25 will be added to cover bank fees. Cash will be accepted from live bidders on auction day. While descriptions are believed to be accurate the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Bonnette Auctions shall not be held responsible for advertising descrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" except as expressly made in writing. All sales are final. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of shipping of items purchased.
